Harassment without any CRM system

<p>These guys (debt collectors) are terrible. I get phoned 4 - 5 times a week, I repeat the same story to the agent calling me every time and the next time I am called by one of them, my request I made / information I requested, is not on the system and I have to repeat myself again. It has been 4 months and they still have not any feedback on my request.</p> <p> </p> <p>DON'T CONTACT CUSTOMERS EN-MASS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CRM SYSTEM!!!</p>
