Harassment from Debt Collecting Company

<p>Last year I made an arrangement with Truworths to pay R600 a month until my account was paid in full. They accepted the arrangement and I have a letter to prove it. Now my account has been handed over to VVM Debt Collectors who constantly harrass me. SMS's, telephone calls, etc. They phone several times a day! Also after payment has already been made, they phone to tell me it hasnt been received. Im so sick and tired of them harrassing me, since I have a payment arrangemnts and am sticking to it. Not my fault they have retarded people working for them who cant even spell!</p>
