Harassment for money not owed to telkom

<p>Almost two years now, I am being harassed for money I do not even owe Telkom. The clal centre agents who repeatedly call me are so RUDE. They want my ID before telling me anything, why would hand over your ID to someone you do not know. Now I keep getting calls from them where no one speaks, not an error as it must have happened ten times. I wish they would just acknowledge that I do not owe or provide the supposed amount they claim I owe and the details related to this non-existent amount. Worse still, no matter how many reviews are posted here about them, they couldn't care. I ahve now decided that if they call me once more I am going to SAPS to lay a charge of harassment</p>
