Harassment during lockdown

Harassment:. These people phones about 5 times a day harassing me for R900. After i told them i can forward proof that my work liquidated. I have no income as it is Lockdown. It has been published in the Government Gazette that debt collection services may not be done (2 places). They say they do not care what the Gazette says and i have to pay refusing to listen to reason or adhere o the published laws.
