Harassment

Firstly they send emails from a no-reply email address and secondly the number they provide to call on is a revenue-generating number for them which takes you through an introduction process all the while they are earning money off the call! AS if they don't collect enough they still have the audacity to do this.

My matter concerns a Vodacom account (I have sent the statement reflecting this to them twice ) whereby Vodacom owe me the tidy sum of R576.95, however, VVM says Vodacom have issued them instruction to collect R2343.08 from me. I have asked for statements supporting this and I am told they are not available.

Stale mete situation as far as I am concerned! But they continue to email and phone and pester me.
