Harassment

I had a TV license until 3 years ago when I got Married. I then emailed the SABC all the relevant docs to cancel my TV license as it then fell under my husbands name. Eventually after 3 years of constant emails and phone calls to the SABC, Mavis at the SABC debt collectors confirmed that they had received all my documents and that this should never have gone to the SABC debt collectors. She confirmed that the case was deleted from the SABC database and the debt collectors (who call me at 9pm at night and harass me constantly) had been informed never to contact me again. Today I have again received threatening emails from VVM Debt collectors. When I called them about this I was told that the manager is busy and will call me back.
