Harassment

VVM is in my opinion unprofessional and rude. Phoning people at unacceptable times 7am -10pm they don't care. Just confirming a name and then accusing you of owing money to a company. After getting these harassing calls for months now I finally after a huge fight getting the lady to give me the e-mail addresses they had finally getting them to confirm my ID nr she just said it looks like they had the wrong person. Seriously don't you confirm details before you start to harass someone for money and not even an apology if they make a mistake?
