Good day my experience are Bad because VVM take over my Account with Telkom I arrange payment with VVM and they start Debit the agree amount,But they list me under Adverse with the Credit Bureaus and the Ballance on the account are still the sam on information from Telkom Telkom and VVM said the account are Written off but no one can update my info with the Credit Bureaus Can u help please
