Funds not refunded and not responding to emails

I have made a payment to VVM attorneys account by mistake and requested them to refund the money back to my account. I spoke to Sarah Kunene, she asked that I send proof of payment and banking details. The proof of payment and banking details were sent on the same day she requested . I have followed up by email and calls but not getting response. The money is not yet refunded to my bank.
