Frustrated customer just for one simple PAID UP LETTER

I'm really out of words with the pathetic service I get from VVM, it's now full 5 months waiting for just one paid up letter. I've taken from pillar to post just for one paid up letter.

What does one have to do in order to get service at VVM, I have wasted my airtime trying to call with no response, no one is willing to assist me. Now I just phoned spoke to Zandile whom I've been speaking to a lot when I make follow ups for my letter, she still tells me the same story of 7-21 days which I'm tired of waiting for.

Your what's app portal is not working, can I have the PAID UP LETTER BY COB or should I rather take a legal route against VVM
