<p>On the 2nd of December 2016 I made settled my truworths account at the store and was informed that my settlement amount was R3400.70 and was given a number to call for the paid up letter, I called the number and was informed by a lady that her manager will call me back to confirm my email address, today when I called back to follow up, I spoke to an arrogant consultant who informed me that the amount I owed in total is R3823.20 and the amount of R3400.70 that I paid drops the amount to R800 worth of collections fees that I still owe, how did the balance accrue up to over R800 and why am I being charged double the remaining amount</p>
