Such horrible people. I received a paid up letter from Melanie and Bonolo confirming that the account is closed and I don't owe any money. Now they have gone ahead and debited my account and no responding to my emails after sending the proof that they have taken n my money. I've been calling then and all the agents have dropped my calls and this makes me even more mad. No one is giving me an answer for this ***** they are doing.
