I had a mishap with 8ta in 2012 when my contract app was declined but somehow I got billed for the account, long story short they corrected this error and I thought that was it. Then last year May I started receiving calls and sms's from a company called VVM Attorneys on behalf of my \outstanding account"with 8ta"
