Fin Choice Account

Good day <br> <br> My Fin choice account was handed over to VVM debtors collectors and I made payment on the 8 October 2015 in settlement of the account. I have be strangling to get settlement letter from them sent from pillar to post, no one is able to assist me. The first time I requested it I was told it would be ready after 21 days of which it has passed. <br> <br> Last week I contacted Fin Choice they haven't received any update regard the payment. <br> <br> The service that I am receiving from this company is unacceptable. They give a different story everyday .
