FALSE PROMISES

I needed to settle my accounts in order to regulate my itc. Had an account that was handed over to vvm by truworths stores. They promised to remove the bad on my itc within within 14 days. It has been way longer than that but this is still a negative on my account which means I cannot get to my financial goals. <br> <br> all I want is this company to do what they promised so I can because their incompetence is making other peoples plan not work well at this.<br> <br> the funniest part of all of this is that I have done the same thing with other companies who do the same thing and they have cleared my my itc in a very quick time and it looks like this is ******* by this company because on the credit amnesty, creditors are supposed to clear you itc within 7 days.
