Failure to deliver services

I had a MTN account which was handed over to VVM Attorneys. I was offered a settlement discount in February 2015 and I settled that amount same month. Now after a month i called in to request a paid up letter. They took my details and promised to send it soon. Till today I still not have received it. the month is July now.<br> <br> I was fortunate enough to deal with a consultant by the name of Thulani who promised to deliver the letter, he also failed to deliver.<br> <br> i just do not know anymore!!!!
