****ED OFF!!!!!

i settled my account to vvm on the 29th of july 2022 for my RCS account sent them my proof of payment and they said i should wait for 7/21 days to get my paid up letter i waited and waited but nothing i keep calling they keep on saying the account is not with them its with MBD that i do not know of. then i called again and they say no we sent you the paid up letter on the 5th of september 2022 i told them i recieved nothing can you please resend it again only to find out that one of them sent it to the wrong email. Now the dont wanna resend the paid up letter to me they keep on saying that no please check all your mails and spam/junk emails. I rep**** again telling them i havent received nothing at all but no they give me stupid answers i cant even update my credit report because of them. but they so quick to call 15 times demanding us to make payments but cant send a simple letter. they just wanna mess up my life!!!!
