Double charging

Good day, my account was paid up in July 2020 - then was handed to your collections company in Sept 2020. Now I paid Norton Lambrianous which was a full and final settlement and without checking i paid VVM in full and final as well. I requested for a paid up letter on numerous occasions from your consultants but never received one probably because the account was paid up previously. Now am requesting for my refund and im being ignored - so someone needs to refund urgently. Forget the rude consultants a D pathetic service i received from them. I want my refund.
