Disrespect and rude!

Disrespect, rude and unhelpful call centre agent, the only know how to harass people! Even after providing them with all the required information to resolved the issue they were still rude and disrespectful. They never provided any feedback and now almost 6 months later they are sending sms's demanding payment for an unknown contract with Vodacom.
