DISGUSTING and SHAMEFUL service

<p>today at around 09:30 i called in to a agent called nosipho, i explained that me contract is ending this month and asked if i could get a settlement discount, she informed me that is not possible i asked if i could speak to her supervisor. I spoke to Xavier Minnies he told me my account must be in arrears for 9 months before they can assist. He mentioned that the credit team takes those decisions. Asked if he could give me a number for the credit team so i can explain the situation and he told me im disrespecting him by wanting to go over what he is saying. i told he he is disrespecting me as a paying client. i asked to speak to his manager and he said he is the manager there, again i asked he declined saying he is the highest person there, i then asked are you the MD then he respond with a yes and then said "did i say im the MD?' i requested numerous times for his superior and he told me i won’t get anyone i then said thank you. Xaviers behavior is totally DISGUSTING and SHAMEFUL. as a representative of your company he has shown a total disregard for your clients and your clients customers. He behaved in a manner that is appalling considering the fact that I had called in needing assistance. I am truly upset and angry at this, at the end he still had the nerve to ask me for a payment arrangement</p>
