Disappointing lack of service offered.

I settled the above matter on 04/01/2019 of which my Balance was R2655.42 and I was given a discount offer to pay R663.25 which I settled on given date.

I have since been calling in to inquire regarding my paid up letter and have not been assisted accordingly by VVM Debt Collectors who could not make me understand what the hold up was!!!

Assist or advise me accordingly the steps taken before one can receive he’s paid up letter and the time period it will take for the remaining balance to be written off and my name to be updated on Credit Bureau.
