DELAY IN PAID UP LETTER !!

I made a payment on the 25th of November 2020 as per the settlement quotation discussed and received from Gift/Olebogeng Dikutle. Since making the payment, I had not heard back from Gift or anyone from VVM and therefore called in to confirm receipt of payment + request for a PAID UP LETTER and sent through the proof of payment. I then spoke to Riaan who confirmed receipt of my POP and also advised that Gift was on leave. He also confirmed that he has logged a ticket for my paid up letter which I would get within 7-21 days from that date. I had been calling in every other day to follow up as Gift had advised that I should be able to get it 3 days from the date of payment but I would need to do a follow up. The whole process has been so frustrating to say the least as I am always told Gift is on leave and I called in again today and spoke to Zandile who was just speaking over me and gave me bad attitude when I tried to explain the whole ordeal, all she was interested in was telling me that I need to wait another 21 days from NOW the 07th of December (which I am not willing to wait unfortunately) as I had been told everytime I called that the ticket for a paid up letter was logged on the 25th of November and would be e-mailed to me ( I have all the recordings of this promise). It is now the 14th of December and I am told to wait until January again. I am honestly not impressed right now and would appreciate a paid up letter please.
