Debt Collectors

I keep getting sms's for other people's debt. I phoned in a few times to cancel it and even asked them to go through the system and cancel my number everywhere they find it. I received an sms to tell me this was done but I'm still getting the same sms's. This is ridiculous. They are quick to ask for money but can't do what is asked of them.
