DEBT COLLECTING ON BEHALF OF SARS

VVM is collecting outstanding debt on behalf of SARS. VVM mailed me the amounts and reference numbers to pay. When I go to SARS payment portals to pay via EFT, the reference numbers does not work and payment is refused. I believe VVM is appointed to collect on behalf of SARS and they should make sure I've got the correct outstanding amounts and reference numbers. Today I received a bunch SMS's with new amounts not adding to any of the previously e-mailed amounts. It's a mess. Every call center operator phones me claiming exactly what the previous operator asked me 10 minutes ago. NO CONTROL.

VVM is appointed as the agent of SARS and if they want me to pay, they are responsible to ensure I have the correct amounts and reference numbers to action payment. At this stage they remain pathetically. I will defend this before any judge - see you in court.
