I have emailed them, live chatted with them, called them and sent countless whatsapp messages to them and I still don't have a paid up letter from them which was first requested in January 2024, it is now the end of March 2024. I keep on getting told that it will be escalated but I don't believe they are doing anything on their end. This company is very ***********.
