Creditors my stop using VVM for debt collection they harass consumers.My account was handed over to VVM and I agreed to pay R50.00pm but my account is not going down because of their sms and calls I get everyday telling me they want their money and even if I send them proof of payment after payment.

The harassment is too much, VVM mandate is to keep consumers more in debt rather than helping them to settle their account.

The service is bad.But I don't care anymore the damage has been down I can't even get a job because of this RCS account under VVM.
