Credit Record not updated

<p>I have started paying my account since last year, as I failed before due to unemployment. I have made monthly payments of R200 and on my slip my balance is R442.00 so when I checked my credit record my balance was showing as R1400 and some odds. I want to know what am I paying if my credit record will not be updated??? This is ridiculous, I want my credti record updated before I can escalate this matter further!!!</p>
