Courtesy calls!!!!!!!!!!!!

This people are so annoying.. I have paid the amount on the 25th ,5 days before the agreed date. I receive 'courtesy calls' which i am paying for... Maybe they should do their jobs and go look at the payments before the courtesy calls are being made. I googled and can't find email address or anything so Ill put it on hello peter. STOP MAKING COURTESY CALLS BECAUSE I AM BEING CHARGED FOR THAT, IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY 3RD OF EACH MONTH... CALL ME THEN TO REMIND ME!!!!!!!!!!!
