Complaint: VVM Attorneys

VVM Attorneys keeps on phoning me every day about an account with Home Choice. The person that they are looking for, has the same first name as me, but not the same surname. I have also never had an account with Home Choice, I don't even know who they are!! The more I explain to them that I am not the person they are looking for, the more they keep on phoning me. The person who phoned me this morning was very arrogant and would not give me a chance to say anything. They are really harassing me about something I have no knowledge of. They also don't even try to make sure that they have the right person. I also have a lot of experience with collections, since I have worked for lawyers for about 25 years. VVM Attorneys are the most pathetic, unprofessional firm that I have ever come across.
