**** Company to deal with

I have paid up my Truworths account which was referred to VVM attorneys. It's been a month now that I have been requesting VVM to send me a paid u letter which i need to send to my bond originator so as to process my application, with no luck. Instead VVM has been sending me from pillar to post, to a point where I ended up sending an email Karin van der Venter who has not responded to my query yet. I am so frustrated as this is holding back my freedom to own a property and i think that it is so unfair that a company like VVM can impact my life so negatively!

I am more than shocked at the treatment I am getting!! Someone please help before I am asked to wait another 6 months to apply for a mortgage bond? I desperately need help.
