Catch-22 - Must send proof that you are debt free / can't send proof due to flawed functionality of online portal

RE: [Ticket#***] TELKOM ACCOUNT: *** SM15424

Due to a series of unfortunate errors by Telkom, my details were incorrectly handed over to VVM Attorneys for debt collection. In December 2015 Telkom finally rectified their error, refunded the money THEY OWED ME and closed my account. They advised that "The Credit Bureau update will take at least 10 working days excluding weekends and Holidays." It has been more than 4 months since I received this confirmation and I have taken this up with them separately on multiple occassions (still with no resolution).

In the meantime I have attempted to rectify the matter with VVM directly. I attempted to send the necessary proof to *** and received an email in response that I must register via the online portal. So this does appear to be a monitored email address. I attempted to register via the online portal on 16 January 2016 but never received the activation email. I followed this up with an email to *** on 21 January saying I had not received the activation email and attached the proof from Telkom proving I have no debt with them. I never received a response. I am however, being harrassed by your call centre staff who are perhaps the rudest human beings on this planet and a complete waste of time trying to communicate with.

It is 9 May 2016 and I am still unable to access the portal for the following reasons:

1. I registered my details but did not receive an activation email

2. I am unable to log in with my details because I did not receive an activation email

3. There is no way to ask for another activation email to be sent due to this missing functionality of your online portal

4. I am unable to register my details again because my details have already been registered

5. The only way to report any errors with the online portal is by logging in to the online portal, which I am unable to do (as per points 1-4 listed above)

This leaves me in a catch-22 situation. I would very much like to submit the proof via your online portal so that you can stop harrassing me, but your online portal is inaccessible for the above stated reasons.

I have sent the required proof numerous times to ***, but have so far received no response, leading me to the conclusion that all my emails and attempts to provide proof are being completely ignored.
