Can't get hold vvm

I have a problem with vvm debt collection. I had an account wit Rcs and it was handed over to vvm

The contacted me last year for payment arrangement via debit order, o didn't Dave their number. Now that I need to find out how far I am with the debt, I can't get hold of them. When I call them I get answered by a machine. I need to know my balance so I can decide if I'm settling or not
