cant get a settlement letter

i had a Game RCS card and the company handed me over to VVM Attoneys. ive been paying them, now last week friday 13 November 2015 ive settled the last amount of R560. No i call them monday morning 16 novermber for them to let me know that i will recieve it after 21 days and i can not be cleared for my rental because they can not give me a settlement letter within this week. i will be homeless because of a settlement letter.
