Breach of confidentiality

There is this company called VVM which claims to be outsourced by SABC which keep on harassing me for payment of TV licence. This company sends messages to my family members without my consent disclosing my TV licence financial status. That is gross breach of confidentially with human rights violation. I'm even considering legal action.Worse I have paid my licence. In the 1st I don't understand why we pay for TV licence because if you don't have DSTV SABC channels don't play. I'm so disrespected.
