Billing account

good day<br> <br> i have a big problem with HOMECHOICE, when i wanted to pay them they told me that they have move my account to VVM, so they dont have access to my account, i them contacted them i made an arrangement with them, i have been paying i only missed December and the statement that i received from VVM says MY BALANCE OUTSTANDING IS R1268. homechoice is saying im owing R1644.22. so who do i believe now? when i wanted to pay homechoice they said they dont have access to my account, and i have been dealing with VVM. HOMECHOICE they must sort this things out im not going to pay the R1644.22 where did they get that amount since they dont have access to my account? how come i have two figures on one account are they not communication with VVM? that is not my problem all i need is for them to sort this thing out so that i can pay the R1268 and get a clearance letter from VVM.
