Beyond Unprofessional poor service.

I am a client that has been paying my debt at VVM debt collectors for the past 13 months. While i have been paying this account of mine, in February 2017 i decided to call VVM to query my account balance. As this agent was assiting i then made my own calculations and seen that the feedback that i have been getting from the agent was completely different from the balance i was given by VVM when i had started paying in May 2016. As a paying client i then seeked assistance for my unAnswered questions from one of VVM's team leaders by the name of Micheal Manyegwane. This gentleman was never rude, he was polite as possible. We then disscussed my account and through that we had disagreements and agreements regarding my query on the account. After Micheal saw my point with the fact that i was being over charged and whatever information that i was given in February2017 was not the same as the information given in May 2016 when i started paying the account. Through all of this he then promissed me that he would seek authorisation from his superious to give a discount on my account, because he cannot approve such in his position. Myself and Micheal then had an agreement that after the discount had been approved or not he would provide feedback. Weeks went past without no response, i then sent an E-mail to Micheal because we had exchanged e-mails for easy communication purposes because he was always working the late shift. He never rep**** to any of my e-mails that i've been sending till now June. I then called VVM on Friday the 2nd June 2017 and spoke to one of their agents and again had to explain myself from scratch because the Team Leader that was handeling my account went " AWOL" the agent was professional to get me a Team Leader from Vodacom by the name of Petros Dlovu. I queried my account with the gentleman he then explained some of the fees inccurred onto my account which i still felt those fees were unfair because they were never mentioned before and only came now above surface. I believe its by law for a business to not have any hidden cost because this is money we talking about. The client should be aware off all costs before going into an agreement. After all this was said to Mr Dlovu he then agreed to my terms for aquiring a discount onto my account. We then concluded that he would call me Monday the 5th June 2017. Thus far there is no response, this is very unprofession for such a company to mistreat paying clients the way that they are doing now. Mr dlovu confirmed that my account is fully paid. What i have left still to pay is the fees that was never mentioned this entire time and i will not be paying those fees, the company should give me that much discount and close my account as fully paid. Should this matter be unresolved i will be taking further steps against the company and its employees for misleading a paying client and the company has voice recording systems for all calls made should they think my information is false they may revert to those calls.
