Bad service and total lies

I had a account that was handed over to VVM and made a final payment and settled the account. At this stage I have to wait 60 days for my paid-up letter from VVM. Total disgrace and a company that can only harassed people. I have made the final payment on their request already on the 29th of July 2021 and still haven't received any paid-up letter. At this stage it reflects bad on my credit profile and a home loan was declined due to the unproductivity of this VVM. Some agents are very rude except Happy who tried to help but was overshadowed by supervisors. Other companies issued paid-up letter within 5 days but VVM suck!!!!
