Bad service

Good Day, I made a full payment with VVM Attorneys in March 2021 on behalf of my RCS Game account and I still haven’t received my paid up letter. I’ve been promised so many times that they will send it. This is really frustrating because my records show that I’m still owing them- which I don’t. I really need this sorted out as soon as possible. I’ve been calling them every week but no one has assisted me.
