Bad service.

<p>I had an capatic loan I was handed over to vvm I did settle my account last year December and they told me to wait for 21working days n idid bt stil I hvnt got my paid up letter ihv been in contact with dem almost every two days thy keep sayn they wait for client to send it until today.... This ppl can't be trusted even lost hope now, and I need my letter asap. Any help???? </p>
