Bad report on my name

Good afternoon

I recently requested for a settlement letter for my direct axis account. My bank wanted to settle it for me, but they cannot because VVM issued a bad report on my name on ITS. When they try to settle it, the bad report on ITS blocks them. I acknowledge that i am on the wrong, because this account has been in arears for a long time. I have however been consistent in the minimum amount that i could afford over the years. I have not skipped one payment, but i have been paying less due to lack affordability. I am asking VVM to please remove the bad report so that my bank can settle this. So that my name be cleared. Thank you so much I appreciate how lenient you have been towards me.
