Bad customer service

I have encountered a bad experience with VVM attorneys. I've sent several email, countless calls and live chat communication with no positive response. One of the consultants contacted today after a month of me sending emails she then harassed me to do an immediate payment . Which I had paid in March .This company honestly has a unprofessional way of operating and treating clients.
