Bad client interactions and service

I was called in November for a 60% discount, and I didn't have the money .So they called me in January with a 40%,I said I would try , and the week after they called and said 50%, I said yes .today I call them after 7am they stoll not answering .after I sent a chat, the agent didn't want to give me my 50%, and they did not reply or anything .I have not experienced such bad service like this .people use a safe people first collections company when you want to settle your account .Just make arrangements with the company you owe ,they're disgusting .
