Bad Attitude

I was sequestrated in 2008 and Rehabilitated in 2014. VVM Attorney's keep on harassing me to pay a outstanding TV licence account of over R 6000.00 because according to the consultant, who did not want to give me her name, SABC does not accept sequestration as a cancellation of your debt. <br> <br> If this is the case what is the purpose of sequestration then. Can someone please help me with sorting out this as I want to obtain a new TV licence.
