bad attitude!!!!!!!!!!

I called the call center to try and have my debit orders cancelled so that a scheduled payment may be set up via my bank and the call center agent (SHARON MO) I feel was extremely rude and unhelpful! I asked her to put me through to her manager of which I held on for 5mins to no avail. I am extremely upset and want this girl reported!
