Arrogant, rude & harrasment

In June 2017 got into agreement to settle Sabc Tv licence debt & agreed to pay by 1st of every month until paid off, l get paid on 25th and pay vvm by 27th latest. Now before that start receiving sms reminders & phone calls about payment before even the 1st agents will be calling one after the other even if you explain paid next one will call again until they get tired. Fnb to Fnb reflect same time and sabc always acknowledge payment following day by sms, but with VVM the war begins & rude on phone as if they know you pls speak to VVM to be profession & link information to notify other agents to stop this act if can read notes on system.
