Appalling service and withholding paid up letter

I paid up my Wonga account in December 2021 with VVM, I requested a paid up letter and have not received this to date.

I called again this week and am being sent from pillar to post with empty promises to send it firstly within 3 days, called again and was told my letter is in a computer of a lady who no longer works there. Such appalling service.

I still don’t have my paid up letter and they never updated the credit bureau that this account is paid up. Feeling so helpless and so bul**** by VVM.
