Annoying calls, sms and emails

I am submit this complaint on behalf of my wife. Presently I am paying this account for my wife who has been unemployed for the last 9 years. The arrangement has always been that a payment will be made between the 27th and the 30 or 31st of each month. We have on numerous occasions informed your offices that a reminder notice, sms or follow up call should only be made if the payment does not reflect by the 1st of the month. Generally an internet payment is made by the 28th for the latest so that payment will reflect by the 1st. What is annoying is that a reminder will come a fews days before the 28th, and then a sms between the 28th and the end of the month. Please refrain from this immediately. Only make contact if no payment received by the 1st !!! It is a simple request. Furthermore we tried to register on the portal to take contract of the account online. It stated an activation link will be sent which never arrives. Please rectify. Also we would also like to know if the In Duplum rule has been infringed on this account. No interest or admin charges should accrue once the In Duplum threshold has been reached.
