agents dnt know product knowledge

I spoke with Mpho a guy from VVM attorneys what a bad customer service..he raises his voice on a frustrated customer because he doesnt know how to explain what the customer had asked REGUARDING SABC TV LICENCE ACCOUNT for mrs hlengwa...2nd call taken by Beauty did the same and she hung up on me...as far as im concerned SABC should pull a plug on that contract after dat my call was blocked ..how does one pay for what they dont understand and to make matters worse the account had a discount we never knew about so many ppl dodge tv licence I pay..the treatment was so wrong hell no even if me as a client was wrong but for an agent to raise their voice and cut my call was mo technical error cos after that I could not get through since my mother is ill...it was 1st week of December this happened date not sure
