i paid a settlement amount on the 26/07/2017 on one of my 2 account i have with them.i have emailed Michael my proof of payment, i have emailed a lady called Atecia Chiloane and i have been emailing her without fail wanting to you when do i get my paid up letter , she said 21 working days kindly be advised till to date i have not received a paid up letter and i am still listed for that account. this is not acceptable;e as when they were calling and making arrangements they made sure they followed up on my settlement however now they got their money they become *********** .you want us to pay but you don't deliver in time , what is the use?
