Ackermans debt collectors are pathetic!

I am. So disappointed with VVM. I sent my paid up letter on the 12rh of September and I am. Still waiting for my proof of payment. I want To sort my stuff with but all I get it 'your query Wil be sortrd'

When? The lady I spoke to said it will Take 14 days. That passed already. The one I spoke to yesterday told. Me that my query was late.

I also need a refund on that as I paid more but it looks like I will never ever get helped!
